Peachtree Road Race Expo Booth

Hello,

Ok, it is time to get this group together to discuss the details of how the Peachtree Road Race Expo is going to work. I am so excited about having this opportunity.I can’t wait to have all or most of you join me in this adventure.

I couldn’t find an evening that met everyone’s needs. Saturday morning probably doesn’t meet some people’s needs either. I’m sorry, I have just come to the conclusion that I can’t meet everyone’s needs. I really hope that everyone can make it because we need all of our heads together to brainstorm all the details. I am sure that each and every one of you will have some awesome input. So let’s all try to rearrange our schedules and get to this meeting.

This expo could be a HUGE boost to our businesses. Most of all, right now I need to know exactly who is going to be participating in this event because we need to divide up the costs of the booth and I need to get a check to the event coordinator to pay for our booth. I have to pay for this booth by the end of May. I think most of you know, but I will say it again, the booth cost is $1100 dollars. That will be split amongst however many of us are participating. This email is going out to everyone that asked for more details and said that they want to participate. We will be dividing up the time at the expo evenly and split the costs of the booth evenly. We will all need to discuss how to dress the tables and what to bring and all. So between now and the meeting lets all think of what we expect this Expo to be. Let’s think of ideas to share and discuss with each other.

I will be having a conference call this week with some other women that have done these types of events for some welcome advice. So I will come to the meeting armed with some great ideas.

I have already sent an email to Beachbody corporate to ask for any help in the costs but I have been told by other and more seasoned Beachbody coaches that corporate will probably not participate in the costs because we are all independent distributors. That’s ok with me, it’s just that someone told me that would never know for sure if I don’t ask. I have also requested that Beachbody Network News ….BNN come out to film this event.

I expect to have 2 more meetings after this one. One in early June, and then one in late June, just prior to the event, to iron out the final details.

Are any of you also running in the race? I am running it with my daughter for the second year in a row! Hope some of you are too. No, I am not a runner, but I fake it good! J
